When the Ravens drafted Michael Oher with the No. 23 overall pick in the 2009 draft, they hoped they'd get a left tackle for the present and the future. But instead of finding stability at the left tackle spot, the team was forced to move him from right to left and back again because Oher struggled more than the team would have expected.

While Oher wasn't seen as a priority in Baltimore as he headed into free agency -- and he ranked No. 117 on the CBSSports.com free agent list -- the Titans were more than interested in adding Oher to their roster.

That's why, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Tennessee and Oher have agreed to a four-year, $20 million deal with $9.5 million guaranteed.

According to the Pro Football Focus measurements, Oher ranked 68th out 76 tackles in 2013, while the Titans left tackle, Michael Roos, was No. 15. Considering Tennessee didn't re-sign free agent right tackle David Stewart (No. 36, via PFF), it seems likely that Oher will play on the right side of that offensive line.
