The Giants have agreed to terms with former Seahawks cornerback Walter Thurmond on a one-year deal, $3.5 million deal, according to CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora. And former Chiefs safety Quintin Demps announced early Sunday morning (via Instagram, naturally) that he's headed to New York, too.

Thurmond, who was suspended four games last season for violating the league's substance abuse policy, played in 12 games and had one sack, one interception and defended six passes. He was a 2010 fourth-round pick out of Oregon.

Demps, meanwhile, played in 16 games last season with the Chiefs and had four interceptions and nine passes defended. He also returned 33 kicks, averaging 30.1 yards per attempt, including one touchdown.

The Giants are also expected to meet with former Broncos cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie Sunday.
