ORLANDO, FL -- Richie Incognito recently said that he'd be "100 percent into" the idea of ending up on the Raiders. And Raiders owner Mark Davis wouldn't rule out that idea at the 2014 NFL owners meetings Monday.

Davis, speaking to a crowd of reporters, was asked whether or not the Raiders would be interested in signing the former Dolphins lineman, best known now for the hazing and harassment scandals involving Jonathan Martin.

The Raiders owner said he'd "think about" Oakland signing Incognito before passing the buck down the totem pole.

"Ask Reggie," Davis said, referring to his GM Reggie McKenzie.

The Raiders have spent most of free agency trying to improve their offensive line. They attempted to sign Rodger Saffold but he failed a physical and went back to the Rams. Why do people think Oakland screwed up big time with that signing?

"Because it's the Raiders," Davis said.

They recovered, well, though, by inking Donald Penn after the Buccaneers released him. And though they probably overpaid, Oakland has Austin Howard signed for right tackle.

Incognito would give them a physical presence at guard, certainly. But he'd also come with a lot of baggage. His 2013 season and 2014 offseason were defined by the Dolphins scandal and his role in Martin's highly-publicized departure from the team.

Incognito recently had an incident with a Ferrari, his front yard and a baseball bat before reportedly checking into a facility for treatment. He's since re-emerged and is working on finding a landing spot.

There's a very good chance McKenzie will get grilled soon on whether or not that spot will be Oakland.
