Apparently Shaun Phillips really liked what he saw in Tennessee. After visiting with the Titans on Thursday, the former Broncos defensive end has decided he doesn't need to visit anywhere else.

Phillips has agreed to terms on a two-year deal with Tennessee that's worth a maximum of $6 million, according to Phillips new contract includes $2.5 million in guaranteed money, according to the Tennessean.

Although Phillips played defensive end for the Broncos last season, he'll likely be asked to play outside linebacker in the Titans 3-4 defense. Phillips has plenty of experience lining up as a linebacker because that's where he played during most of his nine seasons in San Diego (2004-12).

Phillips has tallied seven or more sacks in eight of his 10 NFL seasons, including last year with Denver when he led the team with 10 sacks. Since his rookie year in 2004, Phillips has a total of 79.5 sacks, which is more than all but eight players during that timespan.

In's free agent rankings, Phillips checked-in as the eighth best defensive end available and the 44th rated free agent at any position.
