Rams coach Jeff Fisher is bringing a familiar face to St. Louis. The Rams agreed to terms on a one-year deal with former Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt on Monday, according to Britt played two seasons under Fisher in Tennessee.

The wide receiver's deal with the Rams is worth up to $2.9 million and includes a $1.4 million base salary and $550,000 in guaranteed money.

It's been pretty evident since September that Britt wouldn't be returning to Tennessee. The Titans were open to trading him early on in the season and things even got to the point where the 25-year-old receiver predicted that 2013 would be his final year in Tennesee.

Jared Cook, the tight end mentioned in Britt's tweet, also ended up leaving Tennessee for St. Louis.

Britt tore his ACL in 2011, but returned to catch a career-high 45 passes in 2012. However, Britt didn't get anywhere near that number last season.

The differences between Britt and the Titans led to Tennessee basically phasing him out of the offense. Britt finished 2013 with 11 catches for 96 yards in 12 games, numbers that were below even his 2011 totals (17 catches, 289 yards in three games).

However, if there's anyone that can get the best out of Britt, it's probably Fisher. The former Titans coach brought Britt into the league in 2009 when Tennessee took the former Rutgers receiver with the 30th overall pick in the NFL Draft. In two seasons under Fisher, Britt went over 700-yards receiving both times and caught a total of 12 touchdown passes.

Britt will join a wide recieving corps in St. Louis that already includes Chris Givens, Tavon Austin and Austin Pettis.

Before agreeing to terms with the Rams, Britt also visited the Bills, Patriots and Redskins.
