Former NFL receiver and current ESPN analyst Keyshawn Johnson was arrested on misdemeanor domestic violence charges, according to a report.
TMZ.com reported early Monday that the former USC star was arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery and later released on $20,000 bail.
CBS Los Angeles reports that the Los Angeles County Sheriff's came to Keyshawn's home in response to a call at 12:48 a.m.
"When deputies arrived, it was determined that the resident and his ex-girlfriend were involved in a domestic dispute," the LASD told CBS Los Angeles.
CBSLA reports that Johnson was arrested at his home, booked at the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's Station.Johnson posted $20,000 in bond and was released at 9:15 a.m.
An ESPN spokesman said they are still gathering details.
