Go-Pro cameras are all the rage these days. They're particularly fun since you can do stuff like strap one to your head and go play sports.

Which is what Packers wideout Jordy Nelson did at his own local softball charity event (which was passed down to him from Donald Driver, who got it from Brett Favre). The wide receiver actually seemed surprised he hit the ball as far as he did.

Oh yeah, and Nelson was asked about his contract too, maintaining he wants to stay in Green Bay because he and his wife "love it here."

“We'll think about it all,” Nelson said via Ty Dunne of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. “My wife and I have enjoyed it. It's six years going on seven years now. We don't want to go anywhere else. We love it here. We want to be here.

“Hopefully, we can get to that point.”

It's possible Nelson, entering the final year of his deal in 2014, doesn't get a contract from the Packers. But he's young (29), talented (1,314 yards last year) and probably willing to take a hometown discount so he can stay in Green Bay, keep catching passes from Aaron Rodgers and crushing softballs.

A deal should get done before the season starts. It makes too much sense.
