The Ravens practiced Monday night at M&T Bank Stadium, and a reported 25,000-plus fans entered to watch an evening summer practice.

Oh, and they apparently cheered like crazy for running back Ray Rice, who was suspended two games for assaulting his current wife this offseason in an Atlantic City hotel.

As ESPN.com writes, "There were many fans wearing Rice's No. 27 jersey, including several children."

Apparently those fans agree with NFL VP Adolpho Birch's declaration on Monday that Rice's suspension was appropriate.
