Falcons offensive lineman Terren Jones was badly injured at practice on Sunday afternoon, and he was taken away in an ambulance, according to reports.

It sounded like a frightening scene.

After Jones was injured, medical personnel put his neck in a brace and loaded him onto a golf cart to take him off the field and into an ambulance.

One report said that Jones moved his arm while laying on the ground, but there was not a thumbs-up from him as he was being taken to the ambulance.

Late Sunday night, we got our thumbs-up.

Jones was an undrafted free agent in 2013 out of Alabama State. He spent much of last season on Atlanta's practice squad.
