The ALS #IceBucketChallenge is sweeping the nation these days. Basically someone challenges you to dump a huge bucket of ice water on yourself to promote awareness for ALS (and you can donate; you have 24 hours to complete the challenge or you have to donate per the unwritten rules). After you do it, you get to challenge up to five people to do the same thing.

Essentially, this is bros icing bros with less booze, more ice and with it being for a good cause.

The latest notable name to get "Iced"? NFL commish Roger Goodell.

(If the video doesn't show up on the embedded tweet watch it here.)

Goodell got pegged by former Saints and Browns linebacker Scott Fujita (guess they're cool now!). He promptly went into his driveway with a MASSIVE trash can, which he proceeded to power lift over his head and douse himself.

Yes, it's OK to admit you're impressed at how ripped the commish is. Your move, Pete Carroll and Michael Strahan.
