MATCHUP SCORE ANALYSIS

Atlanta
Falcons
31
The Saints just donít look good right now, especially on defense. But this is a rivalry and they are at home, which helps. Or it used to help. The Falcons didnít play well against the Redskins, but they will bounce back here on offense against a bad defense to win a division game on the road.
Result: Atlanta Falcons 21, New Orleans Saints 31

Cincinnati
Bengals
21
The Bengals are riding high, but they have to be careful here. They are coming off an emotional victory over the Seahawks, and this could be a letdown. The Bills have lost twice at home, but that defense showed better last week against the Titans. This Bengals offense, though, is playing well. It stays that way Ė in a close one.
Result: Cincinnati Bengals 34, Buffalo Bills 21
Buffalo
Bills

Denver
Broncos
28
The Broncos are playing consecutive road games, which is a challenge. Browns quarterback Josh McCown is putting up big numbers, but this Denver defense is best in the NFL. The Broncos will slow McCown and come into Cleveland and get the victory.
Result: Denver Broncos 26, Cleveland Browns 23
Cleveland
Browns
17

Detroit
Lions
23
The Bears have won consecutive games to get to 2-3, while the Lions are 0-5 and one of the major disappointments this season. Matthew Stafford is clearly on the hot seat, but I say he comes out here and plays well. Bears are playing consecutive road games. Lions get their first victory.
Result: Detroit Lions 37, Chicago Bears 34
Chicago
Bears

Jacksonville
Jaguars
27
Both these teams are 1-4 and likely playing for next year. The Texans are 23rd in scoring defense, while the Jaguars are 31st. That is terrible. The Jaguars are getting good quarterback play from Blake Bortles, which will matter in this one, if his injured shoulder isnít an issue.
Result: Jacksonville Jaguars 20, Houston Texans 31
Houston
Texans

Minnesota
Vikings
24
The Chiefs head to Minnesota with runner Jamaal Charles, their offensive key, out for the season with a torn ACL. Thatís a tough blow to overcome. Minnesota still has Adrian Peterson, and he will have success running it. But this one will be about Teddy Bridgewater getting the passing game going.
Result: Minnesota Vikings 16, Kansas City Chiefs 10
Kansas City
Chiefs
17

New York
Jets
21
The Jets are coming off their bye, while the Redskins are playing a second straight road game. Thatís a challenge. And this Redskins team isnít great on offense. The Jets are really good on defense. That shows up. Jets take it.
Result: NY Jets 34, Washington Redskins 20
Washington
Redskins
14

Arizona
Cardinals
35
The Cardinals stayed on the East Coast after beating the Lions last week. The Steelers are playing on a short week after beating San Diego Monday. Thatís an edge for Arizona. The Cardinals are also the better team. They will put up big passing numbers here against the Steelers defense.
Result: Arizona Cardinals 13, Pittsburgh Steelers 25
Pittsburgh
Steelers

Tennessee
Titans
21
This will be the first game for interim Dolphins coach Dan Campbell. He said he would change the culture. Time will tell, but opening your tenure on the road isnít easy. The Titans need to get the offense cranked up again after a lull last week, and this is a good team to help fix it. Titans take it.
Result: Tennessee Titans 10, Miami Dolphins 38
Miami
Dolphins
17

Seattle
Seahawks
23
The Seahawks just donít look like the team weíve come to expect. The defense gave up a 17-point lead late last week in a loss to the Bengals. They will come out in this one breathing fire. They are a different team at home. Carolina is coming off the bye, but they donít have enough weapons to move the ball consistently. Seattle takes it.
Result: Seattle Seahawks 23, Carolina Panthers 27
Carolina
Panthers

Green Bay
Packers
33
The Chargers face a tough challenge here, playing in a tough spot, against a good team on a short week. Good luck. The Packers didnít do a lot on offense last week, but that will change here. Can Philip Rivers keep up with Aaron Rodgers? Not quite.
Result: Green Bay Packers 27, San Diego Chargers 20
San Diego
Chargers
23

San Francisco
49ers
24
These two teams are struggling right now. They are both 1-4 and clearly need a victory in the worst way. The last time the Ravens came to the West Coast, they lost to Oakland. This time, it will be much of the same. The Ravens just donít look right.
Result: San Francisco 49ers 25, Baltimore Ravens 20
Baltimore
Ravens
14

New England
Patriots
37
This is Deflategate revenge time for the Patriots. The Colts are the team that called them out. Donít think the Patriots wonít take that into consideration. Tom Brady will light up the Colts secondary. Even if Andrew Luck plays, and he likely will, the Colts wonít keep up.
Result: New England Patriots 34, Indianapolis Colts 27

New York
Giants
27
The Eagles finally got the offense cranked up last week against the Saints. But thatís the Saints and their horrible defense. The Giants will be a tougher test. The Giants have won two consecutive games and seem to be getting it going behind Eli Manning. This has all the makings of a shootout. Giants win it.
Result: NY Giants 7, Philadelphia Eagles 27
Philadelphia
Eagles
