St. Louis
Rams
21
The 49ers have been beat up the past two weeks. They are not the same they've been the past two seasons. Their lines are getting beat up. The Rams actually bullied them some last season in two games, and they won't back down here. This is a chance for the Rams to show the 49ers again they won't be pushed around. At home, at night, I think that's in play as the Rams take it.
Result: St. Louis Rams 11, San Francisco 49ers 35

Baltimore
Ravens
21
The Ravens have really impressed on defense the past two weeks. That will challenge EJ Manuel, who has struggled some and did so last week against the Jets. Baltimore hasn't exactly lit it up on offense -- ranking 30th in the league -- but this is a game where the defense will set them up. Ravens find a way.
Result: Baltimore Ravens 20, Buffalo Bills 23

Cincinnati
Bengals
23
The Bengals face a tough challenge here going to play their in-state rivals. Cleveland impressed last week winning at Minnesota. But the Bengals are the better team. Brian Hoyer comes back to reality in this one as the Bengals defense suffocates the Browns offense.
Result: Cincinnati Bengals 6, Cleveland Browns 17
Cleveland

Detroit
Lions
24
This is a be-careful game for the Bears. They are coming off a tough road victory against the Steelers and now must travel again to play a division foe. The Bears have done a good job protecting Jay Cutler, but that won't be the case here. The Lions get after him and pull off an upset. Matt Stafford has a big day.
Result: Detroit Lions 40, Chicago Bears 32

Houston
Texans
23
The Seahawks are flying high, and some consider them the best team in the NFL. This won't be easy. You have a Houston team coming off a tough road loss back home to get things right. And I think they do. Seattle isn't the same team outside of their stadium. That shows up. Texans take it in an upset.
Result: Houston Texans 20, Seattle Seahawks 23

Indianapolis
Colts
23
Blaine Gabbert is back in as the starter for the Jaguars. Does it matter? They have struggled on both lines and the Colts are coming off an impressive victory at San Francisco where they won both lines of scrimmage. Andrew Luck and the Colts get to 3-1 here.
Result: Indianapolis Colts 37, Jacksonville Jaguars 3
Jacksonville

Kansas City
Chiefs
21
The Giants' season might be on the line here after three consecutive losses to open 2013. Plus, this is a tough place to play and they are facing a good team. Good luck. But something tells me the Giants find a way to stay in this game. Their offensive line will play better, but it's a late turnover that keys the Chiefs victory.
Result: Kansas City Chiefs 31, NY Giants 7
New York

Minnesota
Vikings
27
In London: How excited are the British fans to see two winless teams? Not quite what they expected. The Steelers have had trouble on offense, and the Vikings have quarterback issues. The Vikings are 29th in total defense, the perfect tonic for an offense that needs help. Ben Roethlisberger gets it going.
Result: Minnesota Vikings 34, Pittsburgh Steelers 27

Arizona
Cardinals
23
I was going to pick the Bucs in this spot. Not anymore. Tampa Bay is in panic mode. Coach Greg Schiano is benching Josh Freeman for Mike Glennon. Why? Yes, Freeman was off to a slow start, but is Glennon ready? I see Arizona confusing him and forcing turnovers that lead to a Cardinals victory. The seat gets hotter for Schiano.
Result: Arizona Cardinals 13, Tampa Bay Buccaneers 10
Tampa Bay
Buccaneers

Tennessee
Titans
17
This is surprisingly a game featuring two 2-1 teams. The Jets have the fourth-ranked defense, while the Titans are eighth. So look for a tough, physical battle. Jake Locker looked good last week, and I think that carries over some here. Titans get to 3-1.
Result: Tennessee Titans 38, NY Jets 13
New York

Denver
Broncos
35
This has the makings of a big-time shootout. The Eagles will have 10 days between games, and the Broncos are playing on a short week. Does that matter? Not here. Denver's offense will do what it wants when it wants. The Eagles can't keep up. In the Up-tempo Bowl, the Broncos get the best of it.
Result: Denver Broncos 52, Philadelphia Eagles 20
Philadelphia
Eagles

Washington
Redskins
30
The Raiders might be without Terrelle Pryor because of a concussion. That would put Matt Flynn into the lineup. The Redskins haven't stopped anybody, so maybe it won't matter. Robert Griffin III hasn't looked comfortable yet this season, but this could be the game. Look for him to improve from his first three games as the Redskins get their first victory.
Result: Washington Redskins 24, Oakland Raiders 14

Dallas
Cowboys
23
The Chargers return home after two on the road, where they went 1-1. The Cowboys are coming off an impressive home victory over the Rams. The Dallas defense is much improved and they have the second-ranked run defense in the league. That will make it tough for the Chargers to get it going, which means pressure all day on Philip Rivers. The Cowboys do enough on offense to find a way.
Result: Dallas Cowboys 21, San Diego Chargers 30
San Diego

Atlanta
Falcons
34
The Patriots seemed to get the offense untracked last week some against the Bucs, but expect Mike Nolan to throw a lot of different looks at Tom Brady and his young receivers. Matt Ryan has been sizzling this season, and I think it stays that way. Ryan and the Falcons will get a much-needed victory. Atlanta takes it in a shootout.
Result: Atlanta Falcons 23, New England Patriots 30

New Orleans
Saints
30
This is the game of the week, featuring two 3-0 teams. The Dolphins opened the season with two road victories, but this is a big challenge. The Superdome will be jumping and I think Rob Ryan will throw everything he has at Ryan Tannehill. The Saints can spread out the Miami defense and attack down the field. The Saints take it.
Result: New Orleans Saints 38, Miami Dolphins 17
