Pittsburgh Steelers 23, Tennessee Titans 26
28The Steelers have to travel on a short week. That's the bad news. The good news is that it's against the Titans. Tennessee has big problems. They can't run it and they have defensive issues. The Steelers aren't entirely healthy -- no Troy Polamalu -- but they are getting there. They handle the Titans.
Result: Pittsburgh Steelers 23, Tennessee Titans 26

Oakland Raiders 20, Atlanta Falcons 23
33The Raiders are coming off the bye with a lot of issues. They are 25th in offense and defense. The Falcons are riding high and will be here on their home track. Oakland doesn't match up in the secondary, which is why Atlanta lights them up.
Result: Atlanta Falcons 23, Oakland Raiders 20
17
Dallas Cowboys 29, Baltimore Ravens 31
27The Cowboys are coming off a bye with a lot of questions. The Ravens are coming off an unimpressive victory against the Chiefs. Baltimore is struggling on defense. That could be what the Cowboys need to get the offense going. I think Dallas keeps it close, but Baltimore finds a way late.
Result: Baltimore Ravens 31, Dallas Cowboys 29
26
Cincinnati Bengals 24, Cleveland Browns 34
27The Browns have yet to win, while the Bengals are coming off a tough loss to the Dolphins at home. Cincinnati's offense couldn't get much going in that game, but the Browns have big issues on defense. That could mean Andy Dalton and A.J. Green get it cranked up again. The Bengals will do a good job on defense getting after Brandon Weeden. Bengals take it.
Result: Cincinnati Bengals 24, Cleveland Browns 34
14
St. Louis Rams 14, Miami Dolphins 17
17Both these teams are playing good defense with good pass rushes. That should mean a low-scoring game. So this will come down to which offense can do the most. I say it's the Dolphins at home. I love the growth of Ryan Tannehill, and at home he will get it done.
Result: Miami Dolphins 17, St. Louis Rams 14
13
Indianapolis Colts 9, NY Jets 35
21The Jets are a mess on offense. They have two touchdowns in their past 45 possessions. That's failure. The Colts are coming off an impressive upset of the Packers, an emotional victory for their ailing coach. That leads to letdowns. I see one here. The Jets will be ready for Andrew Luck and his offensive mates. But it's close.
Result: NY Jets 35, Indianapolis Colts 9
20
Detroit Lions 26, Philadelphia Eagles 23
31The Lions are coming off a bye and a trip to Philadelphia isn't an easy way to do so. The Eagles will be feisty after a tough loss last week at Pittsburgh. The Lions have issues on defense, which you don't want against the Eagles -- if they hold onto the ball. I think Mike Vick does what he did last time at home and takes care of the ball. Eagles roll.
Result: Philadelphia Eagles 23, Detroit Lions 26
20
Kansas City Chiefs 10, Tampa Bay Buccaneers 38
23The Bucs are coming off a bye, while the Chiefs are coming off a tough home loss to the Ravens. The Chiefs have big problems at quarterback -- Brady Quinn gets the start -- so they will try and pound it at a Tampa Bay defense that has struggled with the run. This will come down to what Josh Freeman does, and I think he gets it going.
Result: Tampa Bay Buccaneers 38, Kansas City Chiefs 10
13
Buffalo Bills 19, Arizona Cardinals 16
23The Cardinals lost for the first time last week but will have 10 days to get over it. The Bills have been blown out the past two weeks, but Arizona has issues on offense. Buffalo is playing a second successive road game, which is tough even though they are staying out West. Arizona's offensive line is struggling, but the Bills can't sniff the quarterback. Cardinals get back on track.
Result: Arizona Cardinals 16, Buffalo Bills 19
17
New England Patriots 23, Seattle Seahawks 24
23The Seahawks are the top defense in the NFL right now, but the Patriots have the top-ranked offense. Something has to give here. Seattle's corners are tough on the outside, but the Patriots aren't an outside passing team. I like what they can do in the middle of the field. The New England line is playing great football. It continues. The Patriots will throw a lot at Russell Wilson.
Result: New England Patriots 23, Seattle Seahawks 24
13
NY Giants 26, San Francisco 49ers 3
24This is a game the 49ers have been waiting for since losing to the Giants in the NFC title game last year. The Giants come limping in, while the 49ers are coming off two big blowouts. But the Giants can pass the football and rush the passer. The 49ers will win it, but it will be tight.
Result: San Francisco 49ers 3, NY Giants 26
23
Minnesota Vikings 26, Washington Redskins 38
28The Vikings are the surprise team so far. They are playing good defense, controlling the football and getting big plays from Percy Harvin. The Redskins might be without Robert Griffin III. If he can't go, it will be Kirk Cousins. That would be tough for the Redskins. I think RG3 plays, and if so, I think the Redskins get the better of the Vikings.
Result: Washington Redskins 38, Minnesota Vikings 26
20
Green Bay Packers 42, Houston Texans 24
30This is the first Sunday night appearance for the Texans on NBC. The place will be jumping. For Green Bay, it's a second successive road game outside the division. Their offense just isn't clicking. And the Houston defense is one of the best. Can Aaron Rodgers get it going? I think he can. But Houston will win a tight one.
Result: Houston Texans 24, Green Bay Packers 42

Denver Broncos 35, San Diego Chargers 24
31This is for first place in the division. The Broncos are playing back-to-back road games. That's tough. But they get an extra day. And San Diego played Sunday night. The Chargers lost to the Falcons in their last home game, but I think they will be focused here. Philip Rivers will have a big day against the Denver defense. Chargers take it.
Result: San Diego Chargers 24, Denver Broncos 35
