11/26/15SMike AdamsAnkleQUESTIONABLEAdams (ankle) did not practice Wednesday.

The 34-year-old missed last week's game against Atlanta due to an ankle injury, and his status for this week's contest against the Buccaneers certainly hasn't started off on the right foot. It's too early to determine Adams' official status heading into Sunday, but it seems likely the veteran safety will have to record at least some time in practice in order to be ruled eligible to return to the field, so IDP owners should monitor his practice status closely in the coming days.

11/26/15CBVontae DavisHamstringQUESTIONABLEDavis suffered a hamstring injury in Sunday's game against the Falcons and is doubtful to return.

The severity of the injury is still unknown, but it's not a promising sign for Colts' fans that Davis is likely done for the day. With Davis on the sidelines look for Darius Butler to finish out the game at corner.

11/26/15WRPhillip DorsettAnkleQUESTIONABLEDorsett (ankle) did not practice Wednesday.

Previous reports suggested that Dorsett -- who last played on Oct. 25 -- might return to practice this week, but at this stage, it remains unclear when the rookie wideout will be able to return to game action.

11/26/15LBJerrell FreemanRibsQUESTIONABLEFreeman (ribs) did not practice Wednesday.

Freeman recorded nine tackles (seven solo) in Sunday's game against the Falcons, so it remains to be seen when the 29-year-old may have injured his ribs. While his lack of availability at practice Wednesday is a bit alarming, his game-time status likely won't be decided until the end of the week.

11/26/15RBFrank GoreAnkleQUESTIONABLEGore (knee) did not practice Wednesday, Kevin Bowen of Colts.com reports.

The report suggests that it was a "rare rest day" for Gore, but it's worth noting that per Stephen Holder of the Indy Star, the running back dealt with a knee issue in Week 11 against the Falcons, though afterward Gore indicated that he'd be fine. We'll let you know if that assessment changes.

11/26/15WRAndre JohnsonNot injury relatedQUESTIONABLEJohnson had one reception for 13 yards and was targeted just twice in Sunday's win at Atlanta.

Johnson had previously fared better with Matt Hasselbeck at quarterback as he had two touchdowns and nine targets in two games. However, it looks like the change in quarterback won't change Johnson's fortunes as he continues to disappear most games. He's had six games with three or fewer receptions.

11/26/15QBAndrew LuckAbdomen, kidneyQUESTIONABLELuck (abdomen/kidney) expects he'll be able to play again this season. "Yeah, very confident. Very confident I'll be able to return," he told TV 4 WTTV in Indianapolis.

Luck made the comments in his first media availability since suffering a lacerated kidney and torn abdominal muscle Nov. 8. Luck says he's picked up his activity, but gave no timetable for when he may be able to return to practice. While Luck's comments are encouraging, there's always a risk he could be shut down if the Colts fall out of the playoff race.

11/26/15LBRobert MathisNot injury relatedQUESTIONABLEMathis had two sacks, three total tackles and a tackle for a loss in Monday's loss at Carolina.

Mathis is finally back to full speed after last season's Achilles injury. He could be a strong source of sacks in the second half of the season.

11/26/15CBD'Joun SmithKneeQUESTIONABLESmith has been activated from the Colts' injured reserve/designated to return list.

Smith returns to the Colts' active roster after a knee injury ruled him out for the first half of this season. The rookie third-rounder is expected to add solid depth to the Colts' secondary, potentially vying for their nickel role in the coming weeks.

11/26/15TEOwen DanielsKneeQUESTIONABLEDaniels (knee) was limited at practice Wednesday.

With no reported setbacks in Week 11, we suspect that Daniels' limitations Wednesday were maintenance-related, with a probable designation for Sunday night's game against the Patriots a likely outcome Friday.

    (Updated 11/25/2015)
11/26/15TEVirgil GreenFingerPROBABLEGreen was targeted once in Sunday's win over Chicago, recording a nine-yard reception.

Following a three-catch performance in Week 8, Green has been targeted just once in each of the past three contests. In Brock Osweiler's first game under center, head coach Gary Kubiak implemented his multi-tight end scheme to full effect, with 12 of 27 passes directed at tight ends. Eleven of those targets, however, went to Owen Daniels and Vernon Davis. Green saw the field just 26 times as compared to Daniels, 59, and Davis, 50, and is unlikely to benefit much from Denver's adjusted offense.

11/26/15QBPeyton ManningFootQUESTIONABLEBroncos quarterback Peyton Manning (plantar fascia tear) will miss at least the next two weeks, the team announced Tuesday.

He had a consultation Monday with foot and ankle specialist Dr. Robert Anderson, and his foot will be in a walking cast for at least a week. According to this latest news, the soonest Manning could be back under center would be Dec. 13 at home against the Raiders, although coach Gary Kubiak was non-committal about whether Manning would be the team's starting quarterback when he is medically cleared to play. Brock Osweiler will start again Sunday against the Patriots, and the team is expected to work out former Vikings quarterback Christian Ponder on Wednesday to add depth.

11/26/15WREmmanuel SandersAnkle, fingerQUESTIONABLESanders (ankle/finger) was listed as a limited practice participant Wednesday.

Though officially listed as limited, per the Denver Post, Sanders -- who has been dealing with a left high ankle sprain -- "was pretty much a full participant" at practice Wednesday, with the wideout indicating that he is hopeful with regard to his chances of playing Sunday night against the Patriots.

11/26/15DEAntonio SmithHipPROBABLEBroncos defensive end Antonio Smith is being investigated for child abuse, TMZ reported early Thursday morning.
11/26/15DEVance WalkerShoulderQUESTIONABLEDefensive tackle Vance Walker has signed a two-year contract worth $5 million with the Broncos, according to NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport.
11/26/15LBDeMarcus WareBackQUESTIONABLEWare (back) did not practice Wednesday, the Denver Post reports.

Coach Gary Kubiak relayed Wednesday that Ware was "a little bit better than last week," but at this stage the outside linebacker is still not ready to practice, which clouds his Week 12 status.
