10/23/16TEDwayne AllenAnkleOUTAllen (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game in Tennessee, Fox59's Mike Chappell reports.

This is a mere formality, as Allen hasn't practice since suffering the injury and is considered week-to-week. His absence could stretch beyond Sunday, potentially giving Jack Doyle an extended audition as the top tight end.

10/23/16DLHenry AndersonKneeOUTAnderson (knee) will not play in Week 7 against the Titans, Zak Keefer of the Indy Star reports.

Anderson sustained a knee injury Sunday against the Texans, but not to the same leg that required season-ending ACL surgery last season. However, only Hassan Ridgeway and LaVar Edwards will be available as depth at defensive end.

10/23/16WRPhillip DorsettHamstringOUTDorsett (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game in Tennessee, Stephen Holder of the Indianapolis Star reports.

Dorsett has six or fewer targets in every game this season, and yet his absence is still a big loss for a banged-up Indianapolis receiving corps. No. 2 WR Donte Moncrief is still unavailable, while TE Dwayne Allen (ankle) will miss one game at the very least. Even with T.Y. Hilton (shoulder) seemingly on track to play, Andrew Luck will have to work with a severely depleted receiving corps. WR Chester Rogers and TE Jack Doyle are the leading candidates to step up and absorb some of the missing targets.

10/23/16DLZach KerrAnkleOUTKerr (ankle) has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Titans, Stephen Holder of the Indy Star reports.

Kerr remains in recovery from an ankle injury, potentially opening the window for Hassan Ridgeway to see additional playing time.

10/23/16LBCurt MaggittAnkleOUTMaggit (ankle) will not play in Sunday's matchup with the Vikings.

Maggitt is considered week-to-week while he deals with an ankle issue. The undrafted rookie was unable to practice during the week, so this news is unsurprising. The injury occurred in Sunday's loss to the Redskins.

10/23/16WRDonte MoncriefShoulderOUTMoncrief (shoulder) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Tennessee.

Moncrief's fractured scapula suffered in Week 2 was initially expected to sideline him for four-to-six weeks, so he's close to the time he'd be expected to return. Head coach Chuck Pagano said Monday he's getting close to returning, but we'll need to see if he's able to practice next week before trying to determine a timetable.

10/22/16LBDeMarcus WareForearmOUTWare (forearm) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Texans.

Ware was not expected to be able to return this week, so the designation comes as no surprise. The veteran has been held out since suffering a fracture in his right forearm Week 2, and will look to return Week 8 against the Chargers, though he will need to be able to participate in practice before doing so. Look for Shane Ray to get the start in Ware's place.

10/14/16WRCody LatimerConcussionQUESTIONABLELatimer -- who recently cleared the league's concussion protocol -- is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Texans.

Although Latimer was able to clear the league's concussion protocol earlier in the week, but was unable to practice until Saturday, when he did so on a limited basis. His status is very much up in the air at this point, but more will be known regarding Latimer's situation as game-time nears.
