Lions linebacker DeAndre Levy came down with his league-high fifth interception of the season during Sunday’s contest against the Bears in Week 10.
Levy caught a Jay Cutler pass that was tipped by Ndamukong Suh in the end zone for an interception with just less than 30 second remaining in the first half. He finished the game with six total tackles (five solo) and one pass defended in a 21-19 victory. His fifth interception matched his total interceptions he had through his first four seasons in the league.
Lions tight end Brandon Pettigrew was on crutches in the locker room Wednesday, two days after spraining his ankle in the loss to Baltimore, reports the Detroit Free Press. Pettigrew declined to comment on the injury.
