11/23/15DLGlenn DorseyKneeLEFTDorsey suffered a torn ACL in Sunday's loss to the Seahawks, according to NFL Network's Rand Getlin.

Assuming the diagnosis is confirmed by the team, Dorsey would presumably be headed to IR, with his looming absence representing a big blow to the 49ers' defensive line.

11/22/15RBCarlos HydeFootOUTHyde (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's game in Seattle, Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area reports.

Coming out of a bye week, Hyde won't even travel to Seattle, as the 49ers prefer that he rest up at home. His continued absence will likely allow journeyman Shaun Draughn to get another start, following a 20-touch, 96-yard showing in his 49ers debut. Given that Hyde hasn't played since Week 7 while recovering from a stress fracture, there's no assurance that he'll play again this season. The last-place 49ers don't have much incentive to rush him back.

11/22/15DBKeith ReaserAnkleOUTAntoine Bethea is set to start for the 49ers this season at strong safety with Eric Reid entrenched at free safety. But the former doesn't know who their secondary mates will be and he's expecting quite a battle.
11/16/15WRDeAndre SmelterUndisclosedNFISmelter (knee) is slated to practice this week, the San Jose Mercury News reports.

Smelter will remain on the 49ers' Reserve/Non-Football Injury list for now, as the team has a three-week window in which to evaluate whether or not to officially add the wideout to the team's 53-man active roster.

11/22/15QBJoe FlaccoKneeOUTAn MRI confirmed that Flacco tore both his ACL and MCL in Sunday's win over the Rams, ESPN's Jamison Hensley reports.

Per the report, coach John Harbaugh noted that indications at this stage are that Flacco will be ready for training camp next season, but in the meantime, the Ravens will turn to veteran signal-caller Matt Schaub and a backup to be named later.

11/22/15RBJustin ForsettArmLEFTForsett, who suffered a broken right arm Sunday, is undergoing surgery Monday, the Baltimore Sun's Jeff Zrebiec reports.

Though the running back is done for the season and presumably headed for IR, coach John Harbaugh noted Monday of Forsett that he "would expect Justin back next year full speed and ready to go." In the meantime, Javorius Allen will step in as the Ravens' starting running back, with Raheem Mostert and Terrance West in the mix to see complementary work in the team's backfield moving forward.
