Bennett (ribs) was present for the open portion of Monday's practice, the Chicago Tribune reports.
Bennett was inactive for this past Thursday's game against the Packers, but his presence at practice Monday would appear to bode well for the tight end's chances of returning to action this Sunday against the 49ers.
Rolle (knee) is not expected to play in Thursday's game against the Packers, ESPN.com reports.
Rolle missed Sunday's game against the Broncos after injuring his knee during Saturday's walkthrough. Chris Prosinski figures to start for a second straight week, following a six-tackle, one-sack showing Sunday afternoon. He's a better IDP option than rookie free safety Adrian Amos, who has just 39 tackles this season despite starting every game.
Royal (knee) was ruled out for Thursday's contest at Green Bay.
Royal will miss his fourth consecutive game due to a knee injury, which he suffered in Week 8. With Martellus Bennett (rib) also sidelined, and Alshon Jeffery (groin/shoulder) and Matt Forte (knee) questionable Thursday, the Bears may again trot out Marquess Wilson (groin) as the No. 1 wide receiver.
Smith (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Falcons.
Smith sustained the injury early in last week's loss to Green Bay, but he played through the ailment for the better part of the contest. Despite practicing Friday, Smith has been ruled out, so the Vikings will likely turn to Antone Exum Jr. to fill the void.
