10/24/16DBKam ChancellorGroinQUESTIONABLEChancellor (groin) was a non-participant at Wednesday's practice, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Head coach Pete Carroll indicated that the Seahawks would have to see how Chancellor makes it through the week before determining his game status. As such, Chancellor will likely need to practice in some for another to be considered healthy enough to play, so stay updated with his progress as the week goes on. The Seahawks could sure use the hard-hitting safety against an explosive Saints' passing attack.

10/24/16LBKevin Pierre-LouisAnkleQUESTIONABLEPierre-Louis (ankle) will not play in Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Curtis Crabtree of UPI.com reports.

This will be the first game missed for Pierre-Louis this season. He provided a season high three tackles in last Sunday's win over the Falcons. Dewey McDonald and Jordan Tripp figure to see an increased workload providing depth at outside linebacker while Pierre-Louis is sidelined.

10/24/16RBThomas RawlsLower LegOUTRawls (leg) is scheduled to run this week with the expectation that he can play Week 9, coach Pete Carroll said at his Monday press conference.

Rawls has been out since suffering a hairline fracture in his left fibula in Week 2. The Seahawks running game could use a boost with Rawls' return. The Seahawks will bring him along slowly, though, so Week 9 might be best-case scenario.

10/24/16TELuke WillsonKnee - MCLOUTWillson (knee - MCL) responded well to surgery and is hopeful to return this season, ESPN's Liz Mathews reports.

Willson injured his knee Sunday against the Falcons and went under the knife Tuesday in order to fix it. He's slated to miss multiple games, but it seems he could realistically return later on in the season.

09/12/16LBEric PinkinsUndisclosedQUESTIONABLEPinkins was waived by the Seahawks on Saturday, Curtis Crabtree of Sports Radio KJR reports.

The three-year vet struggled to make enough noise during his tenure in Seattle. Pinkins, 25, tallied just two tackles last season.

10/24/16DLGlenn DorseyKneeQUESTIONABLEDorsey (knee) is inactive for Sunday's matchup against the Buccaneers.

Dorsey has been hindered by a knee injury since the preseason that has caused him to miss Week 5 and now Week 7. With Dorsey out, look for starting nose tackle Mike Purcell to see even more action than usual.

    (Updated 10/23/2016)
10/24/16RBCarlos HydeShoulderQUESTIONABLEHyde (shoulder) is inactive for Sunday's Week 7 tilt versus the Bucs, the team's official site reports.

As expected, the bell-cow back will take a set with his shoulder injury, while a combination of Mike Davis, Shaun Draughn and DuJuan Harris set to handle the backfield workload against a tough Bucs run defense.

09/05/16WRDeAndre SmelterHamstringQUESTIONABLESmelter (hamstring) was added to the 49ers' practice squad, Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area reports.

Smelter was cut by the 49ers prior to the season after suffering a hamstring injury during training camp. Prior to the injury, the 2015 fourth-round pick had light breakout potential due to his size and athleticism. It is unclear if and when the 49ers will give Smelter a chance on the 53-man roster, or even if his hamstring injury has fully healed. While he is definitely not a player worth picking up right now, there is still potential for a late-season appearance where the team tries to get a better look at their former top receiving prospect on a team devoid of reliable options at that position.
