Colts receiver Lavon Brazill was suspended without pay for at least one season for a repeat violation of the league's substance abuse policy, reports NFL Network. Brazill caught two touchdowns in the team's playoff loss at New England in January after making 12 catches in the 2013 regular season.
The Colts announced Wednesday that they placed defensive end Fili Moala on injured reserve. Moala partially tore his ACL after colliding with a teammate during OTAs and his knee buckled, NFL.com reports.

Colts outside linebacker Robert Mathis apologized to his teammates for his four-game suspension, reports the Indianapolis Star. Mathis tested positive for Clomid, a fertility drug on the league's banned substance list, the report said.
Colts tight end Dwayne Allen played just 32 snaps last season before suffering a season-ending hip injury. His loss took a lot of unique formations out of Indianapolis' playbook as they intended to use a lot of two-tight end sets and feature Allen, the official team website reports.
