10/26/16LBDeMarcus WareForearmQUESTIONABLEWare (forearm) returned to practice Wednesday for the first time since fracturing his forearm in mid-September, Cameron Wolfe of the Denver Post reports.

Ware hasn't yet been ruled out for Sunday's tilt against the Chargers, in what could be his first game action since Week 2. If he's able to play, the Broncos could limit his reps leaving Shane Ray with an opportunity for an expanded role at weakside linebacker.

10/26/16TEDwayne AllenAnkleDOUBTFULAllen (ankle) wasn't seen on crutches Wednesday, but the timetable for his return is three to five weeks, the Indianapolis Star reports.

Allen was called week to week after suffering the injury in Week 6. It looks like he'll be out this week and may not return until Week 9 at the earliest. More likely, he'll return for Week 11 after Indy's bye during Week 10.

10/25/16WRDonte MoncriefShoulderQUESTIONABLEMoncrief (shoulder) expects to play Sunday against Kansas City. "Ill be surprised if I didn't," he told CBS 4 in Indianapolis.

Moncrief hasn't been cleared for contact, so he'll have one last hurdle before he's able to play. But he was expected to practice Wednesday in a non-contact jersey. He's been out since Week 2 after suffering a fractured scapula.

10/24/16DLHenry AndersonKneeQUESTIONABLEAnderson (knee) returned to practice Wednesday.

10/24/16WRPhillip DorsettHamstringQUESTIONABLEDorsett (hamstring) returned to practice Wednesday, ESPN.com reports.

Meanwhile, fellow wideout Donte Moncrief also returned to the field Wednesday. Neither player was able to practice at at all last week, so it looks like the Colts' Week 8 wideout corps behind top option T.Y. Hilton could be fortified by the return of one or both of the Dorsett/Moncrief combo this weekend.

10/24/16DLZach KerrAnkleQUESTIONABLEKerr (ankle) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.

This marks Kerr's first practice after sitting out the past two games. However, he's uncertain to be ready for game action by Sunday.

10/24/16LBCurt MaggittAnkleQUESTIONABLEMaggit (ankle) will not play in Sunday's matchup with the Vikings.

Maggitt is considered week-to-week while he deals with an ankle issue. The undrafted rookie was unable to practice during the week, so this news is unsurprising. The injury occurred in Sunday's loss to the Redskins.
