Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict was slow walking off the field in the third quarter Week 2 against Atlanta with what at first seemed like a recurrence of the concussion he suffered in Week 1. The Bengals announced he had a stinger, however, and ruled him out for the rest of the game.
Bengals defensive back Chris Lewis-Harris has been activated on a two-day roster exemption Monday, the team announced, as he works his way back from suspension. Lewis-Harris missed the first two games due to his suspension, and will have to be added to the 53-man roster before he can play in Week 3.
Steelers starting nose tackle Steve McLendon, who injured his shoulder Week 2 at Baltimore, is questionable for Sunday night's game at Carolina, coach Mike Tomlin told ESPN.com. McClendon practiced on a limited basis Monday.
