11/23/15DLGlenn DorseyKneeLEFTDorsey suffered a torn ACL in Sunday's loss to the Seahawks, according to NFL Network's Rand Getlin.

Assuming the diagnosis is confirmed by the team, Dorsey would presumably be headed to IR, with his looming absence representing a big blow to the 49ers' defensive line.

11/22/15RBCarlos HydeFootOUTHyde (foot) won't participate in Wednesday's practice, Cam Inman of the San Jose Mercury News reports.

With each passing week and no practice participation, there's no telling when Hyde may be able to return from the stress fracture in his left foot. The sinking 49ers also have little reason to trot him out there until he's completely healthy, which will keep Shaun Draughn at the top of the RB pecking order. In back-to-back starts, Draughn has managed 28 carries for 95 yards and 12 receptions (on 16 targets) for 78 yards.

11/22/15DBKeith ReaserAnkleOUTAntoine Bethea is set to start for the 49ers this season at strong safety with Eric Reid entrenched at free safety. But the former doesn't know who their secondary mates will be and he's expecting quite a battle.
11/16/15WRDeAndre SmelterUndisclosedNFISmelter (knee) is slated to practice this week, the San Jose Mercury News reports.

Smelter will remain on the 49ers' Reserve/Non-Football Injury list for now, as the team has a three-week window in which to evaluate whether or not to officially add the wideout to the team's 53-man active roster.

11/26/15WRJared AbbrederisRIB, CHESTOUTHead coach Mike McCarthy said Wednesday that Abbrederis will miss "several weeks" due to a rib injury stemming from Sunday's loss to the Lions, Weston Hodkiewicz of the Green Bay Press-Gazette reports.

McCarthy wouldn't reveal the nature of the ailment, but Abbrederis will seemingly be unavailable for the Packers' final two games of November (at Minnesota on Sunday and versus the Bears on Thanksgiving). The development is discouraging, as Abbrederis was coming off the first receptions of his career. With Abbrederis out, Ty Montgomery's (ankle) progress this week will be worthwhile to watch due to the Packers' lack of a contribution at wideout outside of Randall Cobb and Davante Adams in recent weeks.

11/26/15WRDavante AdamsANKLEPROBABLEAdams (ankle) is listed as probable for Thursday's game versus the Bears, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.

After back-to-back limited practices to begin the week, Adams was unhinged in drills Wednesday, signaling that he's ready to roll in Week 12. However, he'll face a Chicago secondary that has tightened up over the last four games, surrendering 12.8 YPC and three touchdowns to wide receivers.

11/26/15SMorgan BurnettANKLEPROBABLEBurnett (ankle) is active for Sunday's game at Minnesota, Jason Wilde of ESPN Wisconsin reports.

Burnett has returned to form, at least in the tackle department, with 17 stops in the last two contests. It's only a matter of time before the sixth-year pro gathers a turnover, though the Vikings have committed the fourth-fewest (nine, to be exact) to date.

11/26/15SMicah HydeHIPQUESTIONABLEHyde made a season-high 10 tackles (nine solo) in Sunday's victory over the Chargers.

Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers attempted 65 passes in Sunday's game and completed 43, which led to ample opportunities for Hyde to rack up tackles. He has played well as the Packers' starting strong safety, but he will move into a new role in the secondary if Morgan Burnett (calf) is able to return to action following the Packers' Week 7 bye.

    (Updated 10/21/2015)
11/26/15RBEddie LacyANKLEPROBABLELacy (ankle) is listed as probable for Thursday's game against the Bears, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.

Lacy's second-half surge was delayed, likely due to a series of ankle and groin concerns, but he's finally imitated the running back that spurred his selection in the first few picks of fantasy drafts this summer. He'll attempt to replicate Sunday's 100-yard performance against a Chicago defense that has allowed running backs to romp for 4.5 YPC and six total touchdowns in 2015.

11/26/15LBClay MatthewsANKLE, KNEEPROBABLEMatthews (ankle) made six tackles (all solo) in Sunday's victory over the Vikings.

Matthews was held without a sack for the fifth straight game, but he played a key role in shutting down Adrian Peterson and the Vikings run game. Matthews dealt with leg issues the last couple weeks and may have tweaked something late in Sunday's contest, so don't be surprised if he lands on the injury report again leading up to Thursday's game against the Bears.

    (Updated 11/23/2015)
11/26/15WRTy MontgomeryANKLEOUTMontgomery (ankle) will not play Thursday night against the Bears, ESPN's Rob Demovsky reports.

Montgomery had missed the previous three games before practicing last week in preparation for last Sunday's matchup against the Vikings. However, a setback during last Thursday's practice ultimately forced the rookie receiver to miss the critical NFC North tilt and it appears as if that same injury will now keep him out of the Packers' Thanksgiving night matchup against the Bears as well.

    (Updated 11/25/2015)
11/26/15DTMike PennelQUADRICEPSQUESTIONABLEThe Packers have listed QB Scott Tolzien, CB Demetri Goodson, LB Carl Bradford, LB Brad Jones, DT Mike Pennel and WR Jeff Janis as inactive Week 3 against the Lions.
11/26/15CBDamarious RandallHAMSTRINGQUESTIONABLERandall (hamstring) tallied seven tackles (six solo) in Sunday's victory over the Vikings.

Randall was a late addition to the Packers' Week 11 injury report, but he was able to take the field and start at corner as he has done regularly the last few weeks. In addition to the seven stops Randall also deflected a pass Sunday, and he now sits with 12 deflections on the season.
