Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict had arthroscopic knee surgery Wednesday morning and is expected to miss two games, reports the Cincinnati Enquirer. Burfict led the team with 171 tackles last year. In five games this season, he has 29 tackles and a forced fumble.
Bengals wideout A.J. Green practiced on a limited basis Wednesday as he tries to come back from a big toe injury. He ran some routes, did individual drills and reported no soreness afterward, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer, which described Green as "optimistic" about his chances of playing Week 9.
