Watts was promoted from the practice squad, suggesting that Tre Mason (ankle) is unlikely to play. Even if he's active, Watts won't necessarily get any touches.

10/23/16TEJordan CameronCONCUSSIONOUTCameron (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bills.

As was Dion Sims, which sets the stage for fellow tight ends MarQueis Gray and Dominique Jones to head the Dolphins' Week 7 TE corps. Neither are high-percentage fantasy lineup options.

10/23/16RBArian FosterHAMSTRINGQUESTIONABLEDespite being listed as a full practice participant all week, Foster (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bills.

Foster's full practice participation at practice suggests that he's likely to be active for Sunday's 1:00 ET tilt, but the questionable designation is an acknowledgment that the veteran back -- who missed time earlier this season -- is not yet 100 percent. Meanwhile, Jay Ajayi's 25-carry, 204-yard rushing effort in Week 6 puts him atop the Dolphins' RB pecking order for now.

10/23/16CBXavien HowardKNEEOUTHoward (knee) will be out at least a month, Omar Kelly of the Sun Sentinel reports.

Howard suffered the knee in practice Tuesday. The second round pick was starting for Miami and had 22 tackles, three passes defensed, and a forced fumble in four games this season.

10/23/16LBJelani JenkinsGROINQUESTIONABLEJenkins (groin) is questionable to play Sunday against the Bills.

It's surprising Jenkins was tagged with a questionable designation considering he wasn't limited in any practice session this week. He's fully expected to play.

10/23/16CBTony LippettHAMSTRINGQUESTIONABLELippett (hamstring) is questionable to play Sunday against the Bills.

10/23/16LBSpencer PaysingerHAMSTRING, CALFQUESTIONABLEPaysinger (hamstring/calf) is questionable to play against the Bills on Sunday.

Paysinger sustained a leg injury in Thursday's practice, but it's unclear what he's specifically dealing with. If he's unable to play, Donald Butler will step in as the Dolphins' starting strongside linebacker.

10/23/16TEDion SimsCONCUSSIONOUTSims (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bills.

The same applies to Jordan Cameron, which leaves MarQueis Gray and Dominique Jones as the Dolphins' top TE options in Week 7.

08/30/16LBZach VigilBackOUTVigil (back) returned to practice Wednesday, the Miami Herald reports.

Although eligible to practice, Vigil remains on the Dolphins' NFI list for the time being. He only participated in individual drills Wednesday, so he likely isn't completely recovered from the back ailment and remains without a definite timeline to return to game action.

07/31/16DLDion JordanKneeOUTJordan had a clean up procedure on his knee at some point since the start of the regular season, Adam Beasley of the Miami Herald reports.

Jordan had his first surgery on the knee during the summer so it's certainly not good news that it needed to be cleaned out again. There is currently no timetable for his return to the team.
