An MRI confirmed that Flacco tore both his ACL and MCL in Sunday's win over the Rams, ESPN's Jamison Hensley reports.
Per the report, coach John Harbaugh noted that indications at this stage are that Flacco will be ready for training camp next season, but in the meantime, the Ravens will turn to veteran signal-caller Matt Schaub and a backup to be named later.
Forsett, who suffered a broken right arm Sunday, is undergoing surgery Monday, the Baltimore Sun's Jeff Zrebiec reports.
Though the running back is done for the season and presumably headed for IR, coach John Harbaugh noted Monday of Forsett that he "would expect Justin back next year full speed and ready to go." In the meantime, Javorius Allen will step in as the Ravens' starting running back, with Raheem Mostert and Terrance West in the mix to see complementary work in the team's backfield moving forward.
Per coach Bill O'Brien, Hoyer passed his final concussion test and will be the Texans' starter at QB this coming Sunday against the Saints.
T.J. Yates drew the start at quarterback for the Texans in this past Sunday's 24-17 win over the Jets, but the team will return to Hoyer in Week 12 and he'll have a chance to take aim at a Saints' defense that has allowed a league-high 28 passing TDs to date, en route to giving up an average of 293.1 passing yards per game. Only the Giants have allowed more (309.9).
Jackson (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Jackson has now been ruled out of his fourth consecutive game after he was unable to practice at all Friday due to a sprained ankle. Kevin Johnson will likely get the start in place of the 27-year-old.
Joseph, who briefly left Sunday's win over the Jets to have his knee examined, downplayed the severity of the injury, calling it a bruise, the Houston Chronicle reports.
Joseph was able to finish off the game, making two tackles and recording two passes defensed in the win. We'll need to see if the knee flares up during the practice week as the Texans prep for a Week 12 game against New Orleans.
