Seahawks wideout Jermaine Kearse, who injured his hamstring Week 16, did not practice Wednesday as the team prepared for Sunday's game against St. Louis. Kearse also would not have been able to participate had the team practiced Thursday.
The Seahawks announced several roster moves on Tuesday, per the team's official website. The team will keep defensive back Eric Pinkins (foot) on the reserve/non-football injury list for the remainder of the season.
Cardinals coach Bruce Arians has changed his mind and will start quarterback Ryan Lindley, not rookie Logan Thomas, in Sunday's game at San Francisco, reports the Arizona Republic. Lindley hit 18 of 44 throws for 216 yards with an interception in the Week 16 loss to Seattle. He has not thrown a touchdown in 225 career pass attempts.
Cardinals linebacker Daryl Washington has been suspended for the entire 2014 season for violating the league's substance-abuse policy. He was suspended four games last season for violating the same policy.
