2013 Expert Picks: Who will be the biggest bust of the 2013 season?
CBSSports.com experts pick who they think will be the biggest bust of the 2013 season.
Will Brinson | Mike Wallace: Wallace will end up being an upgrade for Miami because he can catch the ball, run fast down the field and has a pulse. But expecting him to put up monster numbers that ultimately make his contract worth the expense is fool's gold.
Jason La Canfora | Mike Wallace: He is the fourth-highest paid receiver in the history of the game. I have a hard time thinking he comes close to rewarding that kind of investment, Could be a lot like the Bills and Mario Williams the season before. Limited in the route tree and a boom-or-bust player who goes from working with Big Ben to a very raw quarterback.
Ryan Wilson | Colts: To be fair, we don't think of this team as a flop, but we recognize that it will be hard to replicate their 11-win effort from a season ago. Seven or eight wins seems more realistic.
John Breech | Greg Jennings: Jennings has been complaining a lot about Aaron Rodgers this offseason, but he'll probably be complaining about another quarterback come midseason -- you know, the one that throws him the ball. With Christian Ponder throwing him the ball, it's hard to see Jennings being able to justify the $47.5 million the Vikings invested in him.
