Atlanta Falcons want help naming new training camp burger
The Atlanta Falcons want your help naming their new training camp burger, which features barbecue, bacon, mac 'n cheese and onion rings.
Do you see the wondrous monstrosity above you? It's no wonder Cam Newton remains a fan of the Atlanta Falcons, because they're the ones who have created this behemoth of a barbecue burger and begun to distribute it for just $5 at their training camp.
But the Falcons aren't just selling it, they're marketing it -- using social media, the Falcons wants fans to submit names for the sandwich, which features barbecue, bacon, mac 'n cheese, cole slaw and onion rings.
Did I mention that this sandwich weighs 1.5 pounds? I want it. So much.
Speaking of which, "Want" is a pretty awesome name for such a sandwich. So is "ManBearPigBurger" or "The Everlasting Heartstopper" or "The Dirty Bird" or "Rise Up" or "Southern Heart Hemmorage."
For some reason, it should probably include something related to Sean Weatherspoon, since, you know, it'll require a spoon to finish. ("The Dirty Spoon"? "Spoonman?")
With Matt Ryan's new contract likely making him the face of the franchise going forward, including him would be smart too. So how about "The Fatt Ryan"?
You know what would also work if all else fails? "The Michael Turner." Although the sandwich is bigger and probably, um, moves faster.
