Blaine Gabbert (leg) out of game for Jaguars
With an apparent left-leg injury suffered against the Texans, Gabbert is replaced by Chad Henne.
After Week 1 in a close loss to the Vikings, Jaguars quarterback Blaine Gabbert was hailed as having made significant progress from his rookie season in 2011. But with an apparent left leg injury suffered vs. the Texans, Gabbert is out of Sunday's game, replaced by Chad Henne.
Gabbert has been inconsequential as the Texans are spanking Jacksonville. Before leaving the game in the third quarter, Gabbert was 7-of-19 for 53 yards and one touchdown.
Currently, he’s sitting on the sideline with an ice pack on his thigh and likely will not return.
