Charlie Whitehurst loses jersey number after arm-wrestling fail
Titans quarterback Charlie Whitehurst lost his No. 6 jersey, because his arms apparently aren't strong enough.
Since he entered the league in 2006, backup quarterback Charlie Whitehurst has worn No. 6 during his stops in San Diego and Seattle. Unfortunately for Whitehurst, Titans punter Brett Kern, who's worn No. 6 for his past four seasons in Tennessee, is now in possession of Whitehurst's number.
How's that, you ask? Simple. Arm-wrestling.
It must've been a sad day for Whitehurst -- who had a three-inch, 12-pound advantage against Kern.
But apparently, Whitehurst forgot one thing. You must turn your cap before you sit down, or you almost have no chance of winning. Take it from Sly.
