Donovan McNabb serves one day in jail after December DUI arrest
Former Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb served one day in jail this week as part of a sentence he received after being charged with DUI in December.
The Maricopa County (Ariz.) Sheriff's Office released a mug shot of former NFL quarterback Donovan McNabb on Thursday, however, the MCSO didn't comment on why the mug shot was released or when McNabb was arrested.

The Associated Press has cleared up those questions though. The former Eagles quarterback was arrested on December 15 and charged with DUI. According to TMZ, McNabb was pulled over at 3:08 a.m. going 81 mph in a 65 mph zone.
McNabb pleaded guilty to the charge on March 27 and was sentenced to 10-days in jail. However, nine days of the sentence were suspended.
McNabb ended up spending just one day in jail, which came on April 16. The 37-year-old was released on Thursday morning, which probably explains why the sheriff's office released his photo. CBSSports.com sent an email to McNabb's attorney seeking comment, but has yet to hear back.
The sheriff in Maricopa County is Joe Arpaio, who has proclaimed himself as 'America's toughest sheriff.' Arpaio is known for using pink handcuffs and making his inmates wear pink underwear. Time Magazine did a feature on him in 2009.
As for McNabb, he also hasn't commented on the situation. The six-time Pro Bowler, who led the Eagles to four straight NFC Championship games, is currently an analyst for Fox Sports 1.
