One of the most bizarre things that happened at any NFL stadium Sunday -- and possibly ever -- took place in Buffalo when the game between the Patriots and Bills was briefly stopped so that the officiating crew could clear the field of some debris.

Only this wasn't normal debris, it was a sex toy that had been thrown on the field after the Patriots ran a play in the third quarter.

So to answer your questions: Yes, someone snuck a sex toy into the stadium, and yes, they held it for two-and-a-half quarters before throwing it on the field, and yes, Tom Brady witnessed the entire thing.

How do we know Brady witnessed the entire thing? Because he was asked about it during his weekly radio interview on WEEI in Boston.

"I did see it. Yes I did, I did see it," Brady told the Kirk and Callahan Show.

Apparently, the best part for Brady was seeing the officials react to the sex toy.

"I thought it was funny the ref didn't want to pick it up," Brady said. "He was kicking it. Nobody wanted to reach down and grab it."

Here's the official attempting to kick the sex toy off the field (below).

Anyway, Brady didn't even really seemed surprised by the fact that someone threw a sex toy on the field in Buffalo, and that's mainly because it happened in Buffalo.

"That was very unusual. That was a first," Brady said. "Only in Buffalo. That was very unusual."

Of course, Brady is a normal human being, who has normal human thoughts, which is why he was asking the same question that most of us were probably asking ourselves?

"How did they get that in the stadium?" Brady said.

I have several theories, but none of them are family-friendly enough for this website.

Anyway, besides sex toys, the other hot topic to come out of this game was Brady's performance. The quarterback continued his tear through 2016 by throwing for 315 yards and four touchdowns in New England's 41-25 win.
