Texans love how big their state is. It's borderline too much, honestly, which makes the Jaguars decision to promote their new gigantic video boards at the expense of the Lone Star state pretty funny.

As spotted by one enterprising Jags fan (via the Florida Times-Union), the video boards are up at Everbank Field and taking shots at Texas -- specifically the Cowboys and Texans.

This isn't the first spot of smart marketing from the Jaguars during the offseason: the Jags unveiled luxury, poolside cabanas available for rent during their games already. It was a smart play that went viral.

And it feels like part of the Jaguars reinventing themselves doesn't it? The team is improving the roster and could be ready to make some noise as soon as 2014.

It appears their shots-fired message towards Texas via the video boards will end up doing both (going viral and making noise) as well.

Which means somewhere Jerry Jones is demanding AT&T Stadium get outfitted with a 363-foot video board by tomorrow morning.
