Sunday was rough for the Jets, who couldn't do anything offensively against Dick LeBeau and the Steelers defense. Monday might be worse as it turns out running back Mike Goodson tore his ACL and MCL in the loss.
Goodson tweeted the news himself on Monday:
MRI Shows that I Tore My MCL and ACL yesterday?..... Not to happy right now But Everything Happens for a reason! #LetGoAndLetGod

Making the injury even worse? It happened on an unnecessary play. As Rich Eisen of NFL Network pointed out, Goodson suffered the injury after a Geno Smith red zone pick.
Geno Smith redzone pick over middle not just costly for game. Mike Goodson just tweeted he tore knee making tackle.

That pick, of course, could've very easily been a touchdown. And a touchdown was the difference between the Jets and Steelers Sunday.
For Goodson it was even worse.
