Joe Flacco has right shoulder injury, expects to play vs. Jets
Joe Flacco missed Wednesday's practice due to a right shoulder injury.
Flacco missed Wednesday's practice due to a right shoulder injury suffered in Week 6 against the Giants. Despite the injury, Flacco is expected to play Sunday against the Jets in New York.
"To me, he'll be out there," coach John Harbaugh said Wednesday of Sunday's game. "It's my belief he'll be out there."
Flacco personally doesn't think that the injury is a major issue.
"It's nothing to worry about," he said.
A final determination of Flacco's status vs. the Jets might not be made until the weekend. In Flacco's absence, QB Ryan Mallett worked with the first team.
