Joe Montana has some pretty fond memories of Candlestick Park. He won an even 100 games in his 13 years with the 49ers, with many of them coming at the team's home park.

But on Monday when the 49ers close up shop at "The Stick" against the Falcons on Monday Night Football, Montana won't be in attendance.

Montana can do what he wants. He's Joe Montana. But at the same time it's certainly disappointing that the 49ers would play their final (scheduled) game at Candlestick Park without one of the greatest 49ers players of all time -- Montana won four Super Bowls with San Francisco -- in attendance.
