Johnny Manziel parties with Justin Bieber, cops called?

Johnny Manziel partied with Justin Bieber recently and the cops were called to the Biebs house a couple of times according to a report.

Breaking news: Johnny Manziel is partying and it's in the papers. This time, Monsieur Football was kicking it with Justin Bieber and apparently the cops showed up.

We know the Biebs and JFF were hanging -- along with some other celebs like Floyd Mayweather and Tyrese -- because of the pics Bieber put up on the "selfie app" Shots.

And TMZ reports the crew was hanging at Biebers house and partying, when the police were called because Bieber and his peeps were being too loud. (No word on whether or not it was Keyshawn Johnson who called the cops this time.)

The crowd agreed to take it down a notch and apparently cut down their music, but according to TMZ the cops had to come back because of the "packs of young girls" who were "screaming and making noise in front of Justin's crib."

How this is real life is beyond me. But, even if Manziel was just hanging out, sipping on water and trying to read his playbook, it definitely doesn't qualify as toning it down.
