Moments after the Bucs scored the go-ahead field goal and with 38 seconds left on the clock, Jets rookie quarterback Geno Smith scrambled down the right side before going out of bounds near the Bucs' 45 -- where he was promptly hit by David.
After the game, David sounded surprised that he was flagged.
