To honor William Clay Ford, who died in March at the age of 88, the Lions announced Monday that the team will wear a patch to honor the man who was owner for 50 years.

The team will begin to wear the patch, which you can see in the photo above, on Sept. 8 on Monday Night Football when Detroit plays host to the Giants.
