Peyton Manning played a pretty good first half against the Patriots in the AFC title game, but things weren't quite perfect for the Broncos quarterback.

During the second quarter, Manning was sacked by Patriots defensive lineman Alan Branch, which we're only noting because right before the sack, Manning introduced the world to a level of Manning Face that had never been seen before: The "Please don't let my body break in half" Manning Face.

As you can see clearly see, Manning was absolutely terrified of the hit he was about to take.

The good news for Denver is that Manning somehow managed to survive the hit without being injured, although the Broncos did lose 6 yards on the play.

Branch's sack was the only one that Manning took in first half where the Broncos quarterback finished 10 of 20 for 128 yards and two touchdowns.

Manning has the Patriots on top 17-9 at the half.
