Michael Vick ran all over the Giants defense for most of the day ... until the Eagles quarterback pulled up lame in the middle of a run.

Vick remained in the game after grabbing at his hamstring and the Eagles eventually kicked a field goal to push their lead to 16-7. Nick Foles was warming up on the sideline but Chip Kelly elected to go with Vick.

But then Vick took a shot on second down and after the field goal he was seen having his hamstring worked on by the training staff on the sidelines.

Foles remains in the game -- for now -- with Vick on the sidelines standing with Kelly. Foles moved the Eagles down the field in position for a field goal from Alex Henery as the first half expired, giving them a 19-7 lead.
