With the 69th overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft, the Rams select wide receiver Cooper Kupp out of Eastern Washington.

69. Los Angeles Rams

Pete Prisco's Grade: C+

"The Rams need receiver help, but they had other options here that might have helped more. Draftniks loved Kupp more than the scouts."

Another Rams pick, another weapon from a small school for Jared Goff. After the Rams used their first pick in the draft on tight end Gerald Everett from South Alabama, they used their second pick on Kupp. With that being said, Kupp was a star at Eastern Washington. He owns FCS records in receptions (428), receiving yards (6,464), and receiving touchdowns (73), according to NFL.com. But can his skills translate to the NFL? That remains to be seen, and he'll be criticized for playing at a lower level in college. He'll join a Rams offense that is lacking talent at the skill positions, so he'll have a chance to contribute immediately.

Fantasy impact

"The stats are off the charts for Cooper Kupp, who had at least 90 catches, 1,400 yards and 16 touchdowns in each year over four seasons at Eastern Washington. And he should play right away as potentially the No. 3 receiver for the Rams behind Tavon Austin and Robert Woods. It's a good landing spot for a receiver to play early in his career, but he's just a low-end Fantasy option in seasonal leagues and late-round option in rookie-only drafts as well." -- Jamey Eisenberg.
