NFL Week 13 top three picks: Going back to the dogs
I like three dogs this week for my top picks: Cardinals, Falcons and Bengals.
It's been four consecutive weeks above .500 here for my weekly top picks, which I am happy to brag about.
I had a 2-1 record last week, bringing me to 8-3-1 for the past four weeks. After the slow start, I am getting hotter as the temperatures get cooler.
For my picks this week, I like three dogs who I think will win their games outright. I like Arizona, Atlanta and Cincinnati.
Let's keep it going.
Cardinals (plus 3 1/2): The Cardinals have come live with Carson Palmer playing well, and the Eagles aren't exactly great at home. I think the Arizona run defense, which is ranked second, will shut down LeSean McCoy. Palmer will have a better day than Nick Foles. Upset.
Falcons (plus 3): The Bills are coming off a bye, but this game is in Toronto. That's not home for them either. The Falcons showed some life against the Saints last week, and I think they will be glad this one is inside like their stadium. Matt Ryan has a big day.
Bengals (plus 1): The Chargers won a big game last week, while the Bengals are coming off a bye. The key here will be the Cincinnati pass rush. They will get all over Philip Rivers. A.J. Green will also have a big day. Bengals take it.
