Paul Finebaum thinks Alabama would beat the Browns
Paul Finebaum believes Alabama and other schools would be able to defeat the Cleveland Browns.
During the noon edition of SportsCenter, SEC Network broadcaster Paul Finebaum was talking Alabama football. Former NFL defensive end Marcus Spears called the Crimson Tide a 'semi-pro' team. Finebaum took the statement to ridiculous new heights.
"How could you call [Alabama] a semi-pro team? They could beat the Cleveland Browns right now, which a lot of schools could," Finebaum said.
Browns fans recently had to endure talk of Ohio State being able to defeat the Browns. An example of the ridiculousness of this talk is the fact that former star Buckeyes quarterback Terrelle Pryor was unable to succeed in the league at his former position. Teams in the NFL are completely comprised of professional players at varying levels. College teams do not have that same luxury. Although some are close; albeit with several teenagers.
