It's not cheap to park near CenturyLink Field.
If you're one of the lucky people who scored tickets to the NFL regular season opener in Seattle on Thursday, hopefully you walked to the game. If you didn't walk, you were probably hit with some sticker-shock when you got to the nearest parking lot.
At 1:25 p.m. PT, you could park for $80.
Once the $80 lot fills up though, you have to start looking for somewhere else to park.
It's getting expensive!!! Parking around Century Link is getting pricey pic.twitter.com/TJvcpVJd9R— Amy Moreno (@AmysNewsBeat) September 4, 2014
The guy who owns the above lot is obviously a true capitalist because at 3:53 p.m. PT, he decided to change the price.
Now you're looking at $140.
You should definitely walk to the game next time.
