Rams LB Jo-Lonn Dunbar arrested, charged with battery
Rams linebacker Jo-Lonn Dunbar was arrested Sunday morning and charged with battery and disorderly conduct.
Rams linebacker Jo-Lonn Dunbar was arrested early Sunday morning along with former NBA player Donte Green and both were charged with battery and disorderly conduct after an altercation between the two outside a Miami nightclub, according to a report by CBS Miami.
Dunbar, who was second on the Rams squad in 2012 with 115 tackles, was suspended for the first four games of last season due to a violation of the league's PEDs policy, and St. Louis released him.
But he re-signed with the squad after his punishment was complete, and Dunbar finished with 39 total tackles and zero sacks (he accumulated 4.5 sacks in 2012).
"It's one of those things where you just cut your losses on it," Dunbar told Syracuse.com earlier this month when discussing last season's suspension. "You cut your losses and leave it in the past. Obviously I have a really supportive staff in St. Louis who, from top down, believe in me. They trust me."
