Report: Adrian Peterson considering groin surgery
AP headed to Philly to meet with a specialist and discuss surgery.
Peterson recently dropped out of the Pro Bowl, and he also missed two of the Vikings' final three games of the season.
According to the report, a minimally-invasive surgery is possible if Peterson opts to go that route that would only require about a two-month recovery period.
Peterson, 28, finished the season with 1,266 rushing yards in 14 games.
