Report: Bills agree to four-year, $20M deal with Leodis McKelvin
The Bills have reportedly signed cornerback and return man Leodis McKelvin to a four year, $20 million deal.
It's not the sort of noise the Bills made at the start of last year's free agency, but agreeing to a deal (or reportedly agreeing to a deal) with cornerback and return man Leodis McKelvin is a nice start.
According to Alex Marvez of Fox Sports, Buffalo locked down McKelvin on a four-year deal worth $20 million.
McKelvin's not some ace cornerback or anything, but he's a capable player there. He makes his real difference in the return game, where he averaged an NFL-high 18.7 yards per punt return.
The returner took 23 punts last year and returned two of them for touchdowns. He also averaged 28.3 yards per kickoff return.
