Report: More traffic violations for Browns WR Greg Little
Greg Little was cited early Monday morning for a stop sign violation, change of course, and driving under suspension, according to WOIO 19.
Back in August, Browns receiver Greg Little got a speeding ticket after he was clocked going 81 mph in a 60 mph zone. Hardly a big deal until you learn that Little has an extensive traffic-violations rap sheet, dating back to his days at the University of North Carolina where he racked up 93 parking tickets.
The Browns issued a statement on Little's behalf, noting "unacceptable driving records," that they take such matters "very seriously," and that the issue will be addressed "with the entire team."
And that should've been that … except it wasn't.
Little was cited early Monday morning for a stop sign violation, change of course, and driving under suspension, according to WOIO 19.
As a singular event, running a stop sign isn't news. But Little's body of work -- not to mention the Browns' statement on the matter -- is troubling. Just last week, he paid $472 in fines and court costs for a ticket over a license plate violation. And in April, Little admitted to driving 127 mph; it resulted in him losing control of his vehicle, hitting a guard rail, knocking down a light pole and leaving 40 yards worth of brake tracks.
Little caught four passes for 33 yards in Sunday's loss to the Ravens. For the season, he has eight catches for 59 yards with no touchdowns.
