Packers nose tackle B.J. Raji is expected to miss the 2014 season after injuring his arm against the Raiders on Friday. According to NFL.com, Raji suffered a torn biceps against Oakland. ESPN.com adds that the injury is serious enough that it will keep Raji from playing in 2014.

Following the Packers 31-21 win, Green Bay coach Mike McCarthy said Raji was confident that the injury wasn't serious, but McCarthy did add that his nose tackle would undergo tests on Saturday.

It's not clear when Raji was injured during Friday's game. The ninth overall pick in the 2009 NFL Draft only played in two series against the Raiders before spending the rest of the night on the sideline.

Raji, who signed a one-year deal with Green Bay in March, has been one of the Packers' most durable players during his five seasons in Green bay. Since 2009, Raji has played in 76 out of the Packers' 80 regular season games, those numbers include making 62 starts over the past four seasons.

If Raji is done for the year, the Packers could turn to undrafted rookie Mike Pennel. If the team's not comfortable with Pennel, they could go out and look to sign a free agent like former Green Bay defensive lineman Ryan Pickett.

Pickett spent the past eight seasons with the Packers, including 2013, when he started 16 games for Green Bay. However, Pickett will be 35 in October, and the Packers chose not to re-sign him.
